TCG Commissions

The newest and one of the most exciting services offered by Inner Geek Designs is the addition of TCG commissions. With more and more exposure of the TCG world Inner Geek has been getting more people that want to show off their favorite characters with custom playmats. Each playmat commissioned by Inner Geek Designs is custom made. No matter what your favorite TCG is Inner Geek Designs can help with custom playmats.

Games Playmats can be made for:

  • Digimon
  • Magic the Gathering
  • Yu-Gi-Oh
  • Pokemon

All of Inner Geek Design’s playmats are 100% custom made and are made to order. Every playmat has stitched edges with a rubber bottom. For those players that like to have zones on their playmats those can also be added to all orders. All of Inner Geeks playmats come in a standard size of 24″ x 14″. If you are wanting to have an XL or larger mate that can be done but will cost an extra cost.

When a TCG playmat project starts with Inner Geek Designs it starts with a rough sketch. This is to make sure the design goes in the right direction and also to respect the time of all our customers. After the approval of the rough sketch the final design will be started on. When the finalized design is finished it will have a chance to be reviewed before sending to production and shipping.

FAQ for TCG Playmat Projects

To start a TCG playmat project for a streamer or content creator there are a few key things to make sure that the project is a success! The more info to start a project is all good information and can speed up the design process of a logo project.

  • What game do you play
  • What character(s) are you looking for
  • Any colors do you specifically need
  • Any zones you need
  • Are you looking for custom zones

To start any project and to mark your spot in the work flow que a minimum 50% deposit is required. Your project will not be started until this happens.

A typical TCG playmat design project takes around anywhere between a week to 2 weeks. The time of a project depends on the concept you are looking for and current work flow.

If you are looking for a project sooner you can add a rush fee to your project.

There are some additional fees that can be added to a project based on timing for a project. The two fees that can be added to a project are either a rush fee, additional revisions, XL Size, Custom Zones, and if wanting a matching playmat bag to your project.

Rush fees: addition of 50% of the entire project

Additional revisions: if you need more revisions past the give 2 rounds it will be an additional $50 per round.

XL size playmat: a large playmat will be an additional cost based on supply and cost of materials an XL mate will need be quoted on a per order basis

Custom Zones: Custom zones are an additional $25 for an order

Playmat bag: a playmat bag will be an additional cost based on supply and cost of materials a playmat bag will need be quoted on a per order basis
