About JMS WEFTEC Party
Jim Myers & Sons, Inc. (JMS) is a Water and Wastewater equipment Manufacturer based out of Charlotte North Carolina. JMS has specialized in designing and manufacturing water and wastewater treatment equipment in stainless steel for over 50 years. Every year during the WEFTEC event JMS hosts a party for their customers and reps.
About the Project
With JMS hosting an event every year. They need materials for attracting attendees, RSVPing guests, and checking in guests. The original plan was to make this project as the same in previous years but as 2020 continued it was decided that the event needed to go virtual. Since that decision was made the event went from JMS WEFTEC Party to JMS WEFTEC Virtual Mix. Since the event had to change on such a short notice everything had to be revamped to fit the virtual event. The goal was to use print and digital invites to have people learn about the event.

To start off this project it needed to be identified of all elements needed for their project:
- Logo Design
- Invite Design (Print and Email)
- Website Landing Page Design
The first thing to do was to make a new logo to relate to the virtual only event and design a new theme that also fits with the digital event. This was done by having overlapping elements including an arrow texture along with some words. This was done to the physical invites, digital invites, and website landing page.
