Instead of going with a designer who actual designer who can earn their keep. A lot of these designers on Fiverr also may give you a logo in 24 hours. The thing is when it comes to a logo or any design work can not and should not take 24 hours or even 48 hours to complete. Can it? Well yes, but you are not going to get design work that will communicate properly. To have successful design work you need to really understand the target audience, what the business is and does, and understand the market the business is in. Using people who are willing to do things for $5 or more and can turn things around in 24 to 48 hours you are hurting the design industry as a whole. The work that you are trying to save money on could have gone to a designer who would have done it for a larger price but would have given work that would actually communicate with your audience.

There is one major issue with some graphic designers on Fiverr and that is that they have been caught stealing the work of others. They do this to show that they have done more work than they have even if it is not their work. On top of this Fiverr makes it really hard when it comes to finding stolen work and doing something about it. A platform that makes it hard to even report stolen work is a platform that should be really considered if it should be used.
